Training, Day 4.

Workout
Bas Rutten's MMA Wkout/Boxing/2m Rounds
Chins, Pushups, Squats Circuit. 5 rounds x max

Diet
500ml coffee w/Equal+cream
Shake = 3 eggs, sugar free cocoa, cream, water
Steak, 300g, w/mayo, salt, pepper, chili powder
3 mashed avocados, w/salt, pepper, mayo
Water-2L
Diet Soda-1L
