Thanks for posting the link to Slack's article. Lost track of him after he left Bleacher Report (he was, most of the time, the only thing worth reading there). Did you see X-Men, Days of Future Past? Great flick, better than Cap 2 and that was a dern good movie.
Yep, I was reading Slack when he was at Bloody Elbow, and then he up and vanished. Great analysis writer. Looks like his current gig is at Fightland. Saw both the new X-Men and Cap 2. Both great films. I'd be hard pressed to pick one over the other :)
Read the X-Men story before watching the movie (hadn't looked at it in about 30 years). Amazing that a two-issue tale had such a profound impact on the X-Men and Marvel Universe. Maybe I like the movie it better because my Jackman scrawl turned out better than the Scarlett posted on my blog, I dunno, lol. You're right, Slack is the best fight analyst going.
