"This might not be the best idea."

"Richard Humphrey, 26, of North Ridgeville was sent to the Lorain County prison in February for a parole violation and remained there until May 6. According to a post on the site torrentfreak.com, while he was a prisoner guards showed inmates "Ride Along" and "The Wolf of Wall Street" before they were released on DVD...  A year earlier, he pleaded guilty to criminal copyright infringement in federal court for selling downloaded movies before their commercial release."

"William Sager Jr. was being harassed at a Buffalo, New York, college bar by the manager and two off-duty cops who had worked security for the bar earlier that Saturday night.  A friend called 911 to report it and shortly after, the Buffalo News reports: Sager was thrown down a set of stairs and placed in handcuffs while out cold. Then, still in handcuffs and bleeding from the ears and mouth, he was dragged out on the sidewalk, a short distance from the bar. When a friend tried to intervene, he was placed under arrest. Later, when on-duty police responded, they found an internal surveillance tape from Molly’s in the trash nearby...

Sager is in an intensive care unit (ICU) and may never recover from his brain injuries. The Buffalo News pieced together what happened that night in part with the help of reports by cops who say they were troubled by the incident...

Sager’s friends say it’s unlikely the victim “sparked the incident,” as the News put it, because he was in the process of applying to be a state trooper."

"But when the Department of Justice announced criminal charges against five hackers working for China’s military this morning, it came at an awkward time. After a year of revelations from ex-NSA contractor Edward Snowden, it’s clearer than ever before that America’s own government hackers have been running rampant through the world’s networks...  On Monday, the Justice Department indicted five hackers associated with China’s People’s Liberation Army, accusing them of stealing information from six American companies across the energy, metals, and manufacturing industries. The charges represent a new elevation of America’s cyberspy-versus-cyberspy conflict with China, transforming a diplomatic situation into a criminal issue. But cybersecurity policy-watchers say that the arrival of the indictments in the wake of Snowden’s serial revelations could both lessen the charges’ impact and leave American officials open to parallel criminal allegations from Chinese authorities."

"'Not Fade Away' aired ten years ago "

Gunn - "Okay, you take the 30,000 on the left ..."
Illyria - "You're fading. You'll last 10 minutes at best."
Gunn - "Then let's make them memorable."
Spike - "And in terms of a plan?"
Angel - "We fight."
Spike - "Bit more specific?"
Angel - "Well, personally, I kinda wanna slay the dragon. Let's go to work."
