"I really wanted to put these pictures side by side..A year apart these photos were taken and you can see more then just a weight change but a attitude change!  I lost my weight by running, weight lifting, and eating right. It took me 5 1/2 months to lose 60lbs. I’m now at 65lbs lost in total. "

"In the first pic I’m around 230/240 lbs. at 5’10”. I stopped eating burgers all the time, took up running and in less than a year I was a marathoner weighing in at about 160 lbs."
