2/5 - P90X+ D79 Plyometrics -- burpees 2x17/4 -- pullups x16, wg pullups 2x5, chinups 8/7/2x5, dips 15/10, band pull aparts/dislocates superset 2x10

2/4 - P90X+ D78 Upper+ & Abs/Core+ -- shrugs superset inverted/band 2x20 -- burpees x10/3x6/2x5
