Training.

2/15 - P90X2 D5 Balance & Power -- burpees  2x10/3x6 -- pullups rg 2x10/ng 2x10/chins 2x10, superset bw rows/dips 2x10, band lateral/up row/press 3x8

2/14 - P90X2 D4 X2 Yoga -- burpees 12/10/2x8

True Story.  Just imagine how unpleasant I'd be if I didn't exercise.
