11/22 - 30m walk -- P90X+ D4 - Yoga X, still the most difficult, for me, of the P90X workouts. Constant modifications & breaks, 90m of nothing but ego crushing, for good & ill -- COCT grip 4x5 + timed hold -- wg pushup 35/2x10, cg pushup 15/5
