    In Tottori I saw this on a mysterious building:

    "Club Cats - the catcastle of a cheat"

    I'm guessing they thought of "cunning" and got lost somewhere after that.

    Clearly it's the local underground cat poker headquarters. I'll leave it to you to decide if they're betting cats, or the cats themselves are playing poker.
