If your carb intake doesn’t match your needs you wont make progress. At times load up on sugars. Yes, they are not Paleo. Benchpressing 200kg isnt Paleo either. Adjust your food to your demands and goals. If you choose carbs choose good sources such as Sweet Potato Fries, Glutenfree Pasta, Mashed Potatoes, Buckwheat Pancakes with real Maple Syrup, high quality Chocolate and some good Icecream."
