Never too old, never too late, never give up.  Huyton wrestler, 62, wins bronze at British Championships after beating 28-year-old competitor - Liverpool Echo: "A 62-year-old wrestler has vowed to never give up his sport even if it means fighting people half his age. But Huyton man Tony Collins is still taking home medals despite a lack of competitors in his own age group. He has been wrestling since he was 25-years-old and still goes to the gym twice a day, five days a week to keep in shape. The granddad took bronze at the British Wrestling Championships in Wolverhampton in August after defeating a wrestler 34 years younger than him...  “When I was a younger man I would see all the fellas letting themselves go by drinking and smoking or whatever. I always swore that I would never go like them, I would carry on training and looking after my health. My work is hard and my sport is hard. “People don’t know what they are capable of doing. They are capable of doing a lot more in the gym and in life. They only settle for doing so much, but for me, I train and train. I won’t give it up.” Offering advice to the younger generations of athletes, Mr Collins said: “Work hard and never say no. Nothing is too difficult. I always want to tell people you can go on and do well no matter how old you are.”"
