2/16 - pulldowns, back xt, bw row, chins, seated row, short bridge, alt db curl, steam, stretch
Back into the gym after a week off, still fighting some kind of cold/flu/death virus, but needed to get back in because I was crawling out of my skin not training. Also, hazards of getting older, go to bed perfectly fine, wake up in the AM having somehow tweaked my lower back. Doing workarounds, which is a bitch since the lower back is a stabilizer in damn near everything. Onwards, rise & grind and all that kinda thing.
