1/6 - coffee, cream, water, eggs, Iron Mass, Iron Pump, Iron Cuts, Quest Protein PB Cups, Animal Pak, mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, chicken, avocado, shredded cheese, blue cheese dressing, black olives, bacon

1/7 -  coffee, cream, water, eggs, Iron Mass, Iron Pump, Iron Cuts, Quest Protein PB Cups, bacon, ground beef, ground pork, guacamole [avocado, tomatoes, garlic, onions], shredded cheese, sour cream

1/8 - coffee, cream, water, eggs, Iron Mass, Iron Pump, Iron Cuts, Animal Pak, pork, bacon jerky

1/9 - coffee, cream, water, eggs, Iron Mass, Iron Pump, Iron Cuts, onion & garlic mac nuts, wasabi seaweed snacks, steak, bacon

1/10 - coffee, cream, water, eggs, Iron Mass, Iron Cuts, Animal Pak, tuna mayo, seaweed snacks, onion & garlic mac nuts, Coke Zero

System - Primal/Paleo 80/20 & CKD
Carbs under 100g/day [bulk of carbs post-workout] 6 days/week
80/20 = free/cheat/carb-up day once a week

Goals - cut bulking experiment bodyfat 15-20lbs/2-3 inches off waistline
