Training.

7/2 - chins x10/2x8/4x6, dips 2x10, 8, 2x6, pulldowns 5x10, hyperxt 3x10, 15min treadmill

7/1 - pullups x12/9/7/2x5/3x4, Gironda dips x8/6/5x5/6/5, chins x8/2x6/2x4/3x3/2/1/2/3, hyperxt 3x10, 15min treadmill

6/29 & 30 - no PT.  Rest/recovery/nursing a lower back/sciatic/nerve pinch/hating life thing.

6/28 - bench x6/5/4/3/2x1/10, Gironda dips x8/7/6/5/4, db press x12/9/3x6/12, lateral raise 8x8, shrug 15/10/2x8, neck nod/rotation/dt x30
