9/18 - push workout -- ring dips 5x8, dips 5x12 [100 reps total] -- pushups 5x20

9/17 - pull workout -- pullups 3x10, neutral grip pullups 2x7, close grip pullups 2x5, chins 2x6, pullups & ng pullups ladder to 4, chins ladder to 5 -- 101 total reps

9/16 - treadmill 1 mile - lunges x50, hip thrust x50
