9/10 - 20m HIIT heavy bag drills, 3m hand conditioning

9/9 - UBW - db bench, dips, db press, up rows, 1a db rows, chins/pullups, ovr x, tri pushups, alt db curls, hammer curls

9/8 - 20m HIIT heavy bag drills

9/7 - LBW - goblet squats, step ups, sldl, el hip thrust, calf raise, angled calf raise, twisting decline situps, med ball mason twist, med ball drops

9/6 - 20m HIIT shadowboxing
