Above is most, but not all of last week's grub & the last week of 'playing it by ear' after coming off time in the States and getting re-acclimated to life in West Africa. Besides what's up top there was also a handful of other restaurant and beach food, including the monstrously delicious chocolate pizza I'm devouring to the left.
Starting today back on a more regimented nutritional plan, continuing to log food intake, additionally pre-planning meals every day first thing in the AM. Still sticking to mostly low carb-ish, paleo-ish, primal-ish foods & bev... Only significant change is sticking to the 6 day on/1 free day protocol for at least the next 12 weeks. Onwards.
