Training 264-6/P90X 32-4.

Days 264-5/P90X 32-3 were a wash, diet and exercise wise. Two days at baachan's, eating whatever she was kindly enough to make and/or serve. And no PT.

Today - 266/34 - Kenpo X, 1.5L water, one big meal @ end of the day.

Hard work, the only thing that's gonna make a difference:

  1. shit! the 2.5 day elephant ride totally worked out my leg and arm muscles so now my clothes feel tighter. well that and the running i've been doing. yeah! tone the muscle, lose the fat. i like my arms. not completely toned yet but damn i would flex and kiss my small muscles for my viewing audience.
