Training 242-243/P90X 10-11.

242/10 - Shoulders and arms/Ab Ripper X, 2L water, 3 meals.

243/11 - Yoga X, 2L water, 4 meals. Avoided the fast forward button today on the yoga wkout. Still ridiculously hard. Fell out and stopped early a lot. Just standing and breathing. [Which is yoga, right? Sigh.] Balance poses are horrendously hard for me.
