Leadership Qualities:
"Many people seemed to suffer from what Ashley Montague,
the great Rutgers anthropologist, called 'psychosclerosis.'
'Psychosclerosis' is like arteriosclerosis.
Arteriosclerosis is a hardening of the arteries.
'Psychosclerosis' is a hardening of the attitude.
When that happens, we cease to dream, to see, to think, and we cease to lead."
