  1. Joe's right, your past doesn't determine your future, unless you let it. STOP for 10 minutes to begin the day. S= sit; T= think; O= organize and then P= perform based on your goals. Take 5 at lunch to see if you're on track and recalibrate. It's not rocket science and takes dedication, persistence and discipline. Quantities sometimes lacking over here, lol.
