1/12 - press, pike pushups, crow, dips, coct grip, stretch



  
doingitformyself: I haven’t done a before and...: " after/during with this original photo in sooooo long!! I was 208 lbs and in the right I’m bouncing between 160 and 165 @ 5’6”. Currently I’m doing all weights and muscle gain, so I have literally zero cares for the what the scale reads. Discipline made me successful. And that definitely carried on to other areas of my life."
