Training.

5/1 - new PR chinups 25, pullups 22.  Dead hang, no kipping.  There was a *little* bit of body English on the last rep of each attempt, but we're still counting 'em.  New goal for mid-July = 30/25 - P90X 23 Core Synergistics

4/30 - P90X 22 Yoga X - PruFit 3 metabolic rounds [run/pushup/mountain climbers, run/boat/situps, run/suicides/wall squat]
