4/19 - P90X 11 Yoga [subbed Tony Horton/One on One P.H. Yoga routine for Yoga X] - laps in the pool, 10m side stroke - MMA focus pad kicking drills, jump rope, tire flips, pullups x2

4/18 - P90X 10 Shoulders & Arms, Abs - stretching/foam rolling

4/17 - P90X 9 Plyometrics - 75m grappling/jiu jitsu

4/16 - P90X 8 Chest & Back, Abs [8 ex] - PruFit 4x run, plyo pushup, squat thrust burpee, jump squats, partner leg raises
