1/16 - wg neck press 6x6, lateral raises 6x6, drag curl/incline curl superset 4x8, 12m rebounder
1/15 - P90X X Stretch
1/14 - MMA Conditioning Circuit - sledgehammer swings, elastic band punch-outs, seated med ball twists, pad work
1/13 - bent over rows 3x8, tricep kick backs 3x8, rv curl 3x12, rebounder 10m
1/12 - AM - dl 3x8, incline press 3x8, db side swings 3x6, drag curl 3x8, rebounder x10m - PM - PruFit circuit x3 [sprints, getups, star jumps, sledgehammer swings]
