So we'll just say that after 3 weeks of laziness, self-pity, constant junk food and too much alcohol, I've pretty much hit the "it's really time to get yourself together" wall. Light today, knock off the rust workout.

Thoroughly kick ass/inspirational pullup wkout - by a 44 year woman. Which is just awesome.
