Cooking/Food Log.

Bulk of the week's food.

Valentine's Day plus three weekend social engagements equaled a lot of not-quite-according-to-plan foods.  All of the above was consumed plus a bunch of stuff out and about that didn't get pics for.  A dinner - baked chicken, fish, salad, rice, potatoes, beef tongue, beer ...  a brunch - egg bakes, bacon wrapped dates, sausage, many many Bloody Marys... and finally another dinner - lamb, salad, potatoes, chocolate souffle, coffee & Baileys/Kahlua, beer, Jack & Coke...

PM - PruFit - Tabata circuits x2 [squats, burpees, mountain climbers, skips], sprints x2, chinups x2

2/19 - 5x2m rounds shadowboxing, 5x2m rounds heavy bag/Bas Rutten MMA Workout/Boxing
