Training - "They don't want you to 'accept yourself,' they want you to accept your mediocrity..."

1/18 - bench, chins, pushups, sauna, stretch
1/16 & 17 - stretch

Paraphrasing something I read this weekend... Don't be fooled by the so-called "accept yourself" speech.  They don't want you to "accept yourself," they want you to accept your mediocrity so that they can justify their own.  They want you to accept that you can't or won't improve yourself.  Accepting yourself is accepting that you always have the ability and the capacity to work to be better.  You can always strive for more.
