7/18 - treadmill, pushups, ab wheel, burpee/deck to chinup, stretch
7/17 - pushups
7/16 - pushups, inc db press, chins, leg xt, bw row, prisoner squats, db curls, pushdowns, calf press

POWERLIFTING MOTIVATION: "...here’s the real definition of badass. The man, the myth, the legend. ED COAN! AKA @eddycoan! AKA The Greatest Powerlifter of All-Time! What this man has accomplished in the sport of powerlifting is unprecedented. Especially since he competed in the 80’s and 90’s where equipment and training techniques, and nutrition weren’t as advanced as today. He set MULTIPLE world records, took gold in MULTIPLE World Championships. His best lifts were as follows S: 961 B: 584 D: 901 All as a 220lber. He is also the only man in the 220lb division to have ever deadlifted over 900 lbs which also makes him the lightest man to ever lift that! Which is insane! And he still kicks ass and lifts humongous weights to this day! A true inspiration and American badass. We believe if everyone tried to achieve greatness as Ed Coan did…the world would be a better place. "
