5/6 - press/push press, stairs, Arnold press, db upright row, db side swings

5/5 - deadlifts, seated row, stairs, v-pulldown, underhand pulldown

Vacation/Travel PT 
5/2 - pushups, chins
5/1 - lunges, calf raise, wall squats
4/30 - db press, db curl, forearm rock, military pushups, bent over laterals, concentration curls, wrist curls, bench dips, db side swings, treadmill
4/29 - rows, upright row, bench dips, pulldowns, Arnold press, machine shrugs
4/28 - glute bridge, air squats, hindu squats, bent over calf raise
4/27 - neck nods/rotations
4/25 - pike pushups, row, curl, military pushups, laterals, pullaparts
4/24 - ab wheel, calf raises, Supermans
4/23 - lunges, calf raises
4/22 - rows, curls
4/21 - pushups

Operation "Don't Be a Lazy Fat Fuck on Vacation" was a moderate success. Also, rocking the tank top and shorts in single digit weather builds character. Building character sucks, btw.
