"I started my journey last Jan and did my first figure competition last Oct. I am a single Mom of 2 amazing boys, I work a full time job and I go to school full time. I stopped making excuses for myself and decided to take charge of my health and my life! I have never looked back since. I have done nothing but eat clean and workout. My only supplement is protein. It is an amazing feeling and I just want people to know not to give up! If you want it bad enough there is nothing that can stop you! - Autumn!"
