7/15 - deadlift, shrugs, neck nods/rotations/dt, upright rows, seated rows, db curls -- pullups, chins, ng chins, commando pullups

"This is Troy McLaughlin he is such a motivation. He went from  575lbs to 230lbs and had 9 pounds of skin removed this December. Right now he is 215ibs and still going.  Incredible!"
