6/26 - hyper xt x20/15/4x10, superset leg press & sissy squats 3x10, calf press 3x20, leg x 3x10, leg c x15/10/10, superset hip thrust & lunge 3x10, knee ups x25/15/10 -- glute bridge x100, ab vacuum 5x10s
