Training.

4/15 - P90X2 D57 V Sculpt [back & biceps] & X2 Ab Ripper

4/14 - P90X2 D56 - missed PT.  Second week in a row I've missed one of the scheduled workouts.  I could make some travel/other excuses but honestly I just need to tighten up, mentally, at the end of the week.  Onwards.
