11/23 - 45m walk -- COCT grip work 4x5 + timed hold -- P90X+ D5 Kenpo Cardio + [modified w/Muay Thai technique - a good "cardio combat" workout but will need to modify/supplement/replace with Bas Rutten's MMA Workout for practicality/muscle memory/etc. to eliminate some of the negatives in the 'traditional' art adapted for the workout.]

11/22 - 30m walk -- P90X+ D4 - Yoga X, still the most difficult, for me, of the P90X workouts.  Constant modifications & breaks, 90m of nothing but ego crushing, for good & ill -- COCT grip 4x5 + timed hold -- wg pushup 35/2x10, cg pushup 15/5
