PM - repeat AM workout
2/13 - AM - band tricep pulldown 6x8, lat pulldown 6x8, preacher curl 6x8 - 3x3m rounds shadowboxing/Bas Rutten MMA Workout/Boxing
PM - PruFit - strength circuit - pyramid 1 to 10 to 1 - press, pushup, situp, squat - 2x pullups/max
2/12 - rest/off
