10/18 - 20m HIIT shadowboxing
10/17 - [afternoon PT] - goblet squats, sissy squats, rdl, lying hipx, calf raises, angled calf raises, mason twists, crunches
[evening PT] - 3 PruFit metcon circuits - 4m/4m/2m
circuit 1 - weighted crunches, squat to cable high pull, incline treadmill, bw row
circuit 2 - dips, hyperx, balance ball mountains climbers, jump switch lunges
circuit 3 - pushups, abs
