I am amazing in nothing but my inconsistency...

5/26 - Atlas Lesson 1, DB Squats/Sissy Squats, SLDL/Lunges, Calf Raises, Situps/Leglifts
5/27 - 20m intervals/shadowboxing, mma
5/28 - Pushups/Flyes, Press/Laterals, Row/BW Row, OVH X/Tri Pushups, Alt DB Curls/Curls
5/30 - 20m intervals/shadowboxing, mma
6/3 - AM - SGL Arm DB Swings/Snatches
PM - Push Press, Laterals, SGL DB Row, BW Rows, Hypers, Fist Pushups, Strap Tricep X/Curls, 15m shadowboxing/cooldown
