Training 255-256/P90X 23-24.

255/23 - Rest/free/early Xmas celebrations
256/24 - 2L water, 1 meal [plenty with all I ate yesterday], Kenpo X + tomorrow's wkout - X Stretch - since the Mrs and I are on the road at 730AM tomorrow morning.

Be back on the flip side of Hiroshima/Miyajima.

  1. yeah! i just ran 4.5 km on an empty stomach (well yogurt) and didn't feel like i wanted to pass out. there were dark circles when i blinked but fine otherwise.
