T2 - 43/44.

43 - Upper body wkout/4 meals/2L water
44 - 20m cardio/6 meals/2L water

Last vestiges of sickness hanging on... headaches and gastrointestinal weirdness [how can one feel both bloated and nauseous at the same time?] Ah well. In true Pavlovian/Skinnerian greatness, the only time I've felt halfway decent the last few days is working out.
