The incoherence is...mind boggling. This reminds me of some of the forum spam made my 12 year olds I see. It's all lower-case letters, run-on sentences, and not a single punctuation mark in sight. Gotta be a joke or something. Maybe some sort of desperate 15 minutes of fame grab.
