7/30 - off/free/travel

7/29 - wmup jump rope x100 turns - chinups/suspension trainer x100 [19x5, 1x10] - jump rope 5x100 turns

7/28 - 5 rounds 100 turns on the jump rope, 20 pushups, 8 suspension trainer chins, 20 band presses, 8 grip/COCT compressions - finisher 3m jump rope for speed

7/27 - 8 rounds 10 hindu pushups/20 hindu squats/20 count bridge - 17m slow/easy jog

7/26 - pushups/suspension chinups pyramid 1-7-1, suspension chin/dips pyramid 1-5-1, bw rows/pushups 25/20

7/25 - shadowboxing/Bas Rutten MMA Workout - 5x2m All Around Fighting 5x2m Thai Boxing
