Training 284/P90X 53.

2.5L water, 2 big meals [Detour Whey Protein Chocolate Creamy Peanut Bars are like crack cocaine, I swear], P90X X Stretch wkout - the only P90X routine I actually wish was longer. Good stuff.

  1. i am a beast. still battling a mild tummy ailment so opted for a straight run rather than HIIT. ran for about 42 minutes w/o exploding noxious air or substance on any of the gym patrons. suc-cess i say.
