PT - Single arm DB row 40x5, 52.5x4x5 - Pushups 5x5 - DB DL 105x5x5 - Alt DB Curls 20x5, 30x5, 35x5x3 - Shrugs 2x105x30 - Neck nods 40x all directions - Front and back bridges 40/20
