"A high school teacher has been suspended for three months after he was ticketed for driving under the influence of alcohol -- more than eight hours after he stopped drinking, officials said.
...The teacher admitted that he was drinking the previous night. 'I didn't think I was under the influence because more than eight hours had passed since I drank,' the teacher was quoted as telling board officials."
